in addition to ignoring the management of their own enterprise intellectual assets, another common problem of enterprises is that they do not learn enough from external intellectual assets. This will make us unable to understand and know what others (other enterprises, other industries, other countries) have done and are doing. The realization process of knowledge engineering is actually a benign and cyclical process. The more times this process circulates, the more knowledge precipitates and accumulates.
